Paul Silivos

Managing Partner

Paul Silivos is the founder and managing partner at Clarity Tax Solutions. Over the last decade, he has been passionate about bringing additional value to businesses, especially as it relates to federal tax credits. He has a BS from Wake Forest University and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) through the Internal Revenue Service, allowing him unlimited practice rights when representing taxpayers. He is also a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), an added benefit to clients as many tax incentives are specific to employers. Paul has earned the designation of Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI), and is a member of both the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents.

Clarity is a boutique tax consulting firm that specializes in federal tax credits for businesses. We are experts in niche tax incentives and work in tandem with a company’s CPA, CFO, financial planner, owner, or accounting team to find and maximize additional value that often goes overlooked and unclaimed. Our over 500 clients across the country include publicly traded corporations, single-employer entities, and everything in between.
